Non-Consensual Intimate Content Policy
Last Updated: September 18, 2026
Sheshaft.com is a user-generated content platform. We do not create, film, or produce the videos uploaded by users.
We prohibit non-consensual intimate content and other sexually explicit material published without legally required consent.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation:
- intimate images or videos published or shared without legally required consent, including so-called “revenge porn”;
- hidden-camera, spy-camera, or other unlawful surveillance content of a sexual or intimate nature;
- sexually explicit digital forgeries, deepfakes, or other synthetic media depicting an identifiable person without legally required consent;
- content depicting sexual assault, rape, or other non-consensual sexual activity; and
- other intimate visual depictions whose publication is prohibited by applicable law.
Uploaders are solely responsible for the content they submit and must possess all rights, permissions, and legally required consents necessary to upload and distribute that content.
This Policy supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Use, DMCA Policy, and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A Compliance Statement.
How to Report or Request Removal
If you believe that an intimate image or video depicting you has been published on Sheshaft.com without your consent, you may request its removal.
You may:
- use the Flag as Inappropriate function available on the applicable video page; or
- contact us using the contact method provided on the website, including the report form or email address used for compliance requests.
To allow us to identify and process the request efficiently, please provide:
- the exact URL of the content;
- sufficient information to identify the content;
- a statement that you are the person depicted in the content or are authorized to act on that person’s behalf;
- a statement that you did not consent to the publication of the intimate depiction, where applicable;
- your name and a working email address; and
- a good-faith statement that the information provided in the request is accurate.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify and process a removal request.
Do not use this process for copyright complaints. Use our DMCA Policy instead.
Removal of Non-Consensual Intimate Content
When we receive a valid removal request concerning non-consensual intimate visual content that is subject to removal under applicable law, we will remove or disable access to the reported content within the period required by applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, we will also make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies of the reported content from our platform.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with violations of this Policy or our Terms of Use.
Nothing in this Policy creates a general obligation to monitor all user-submitted content except to the extent required by applicable law.
Content Involving Minors
Child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) and any sexual exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited.
Do not send, upload, attach, or reproduce suspected CSAM when submitting a report to us. Instead, provide the URL or other information necessary to identify the content.
Sheshaft.com may report suspected child sexual exploitation or CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”), law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities, and will make such reports where required by applicable law.
Members of the public may also report suspected child sexual exploitation directly to NCMEC through its CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org/.
Copyright Complaints
This Policy concerns non-consensual intimate content. Copyright infringement complaints should be submitted through our DMCA Policy and the procedures described there.
Additional Resources
Adults concerned about non-consensual intimate images may also use StopNCII.org, an independent service that creates a digital hash of intimate images so participating platforms can identify matching content. Sheshaft.com does not operate or control StopNCII.org.
For images or videos taken when the depicted person was under 18, NCMEC provides its Take It Down service.
Contact
Use the contact and reporting mechanisms available on Sheshaft.com, including Flag as Inappropriate on the video page and the same compliance contact used on our DMCA page.
